Service Regions and Pricing
RoamFi offers two usage modes — FLEX (pay-as-you-go) and FIX (prepaid packages) — to meet the diverse needs of global users.
FLEX (Pay-as-you-go)
Users can top up their account balance first. The system deducts fees based on actual data consumption at a fixed per-GB rate. The remaining balance never expires and can be used across all supported regions. This model is ideal for short-term travelers or users with light data needs.
FIX (Prepaid Packages)
Users can directly purchase preset data packages and pay a one-time fee per package. Alternatively, users can use their account balance to complete the payment. Each package includes a specific data quota and validity period. Once the quota or duration expires, a new package can be purchased. This model is suitable for users with stable or long-term data usage needs.
